Delivery vehicles should ensure that they park safely in the car park and minimise any blocking of other vehicles. They need to take particular care when turning/reversing with other vehicles around and because the car park is on a slope with some awkward gradients, especially where the slope meets the road.
You must ensure both you and the delivery person(s) take care not to damage any parts (walls, floors, doors, carpets and ceilings) in the communal areas, notably when climbing stairs with large or bulky items.
You are required to record any damage or scuff marks made as a result of a delivery to your flat and to notify the Managing Agent immediately. You may be required to pay for any repairs to damage caused.
When giving the postal address of Augustus Court to companies who are arranging delivery of your purchases or who are visiting you by invitation, please make sure they have the full address:

The postcode is unique to the building. Most address look-up facilities, especially on the internet, will have the correct details for the postcode and you need only select your flat number to complete your address. However there are still a number of companies (online and not) with systems that are missing the Augustus Court part of the address and there have been many occasions when courier companies have attempted to deliver to properties elsewhere on Augustus Road.
In addition, the Augustus Court sign by the driveway entrance is not prominent and is only visible from one direction. In cases, where this can be done, you can also advise your supplier that the building is also No.46 Augustus Road although it does not form part of the defined postal address with Royal Mail. Some online websites, for example, allow you to add driver or delivery instructions. There are signs showing “46 Augustus Road” on the brick posts either side of the entrance.
