Welcome
Augustus Court

Augustus Court relies on the goodwill of all of its residents to ensure that everyone enjoys living here. Everyone can reasonably expect to have good neighbours.
Please remember that many of the owners are also residents and Augustus Court is their permanent home. They will have a right to enjoy living here and expect the property and grounds to be not only maintained well but also treated well by all people, residents and visitors alike.
This section of the website is simply a list of Please Dos and Don’ts, a kind of code of practice or conduct if you like, many of which are plain common sense but which are defined here so that all can expect the same level of courtesy and behaviour from their fellow residents, whether short term or long term.
This code applies to everyone, whether you are an owner, an owner/occupier or a tenant renting one of the units. This code also applies to anyone who is a visitor to your flat (or maisonette). If you are a tenant, you are expected to abide by this code and failure to do so could have consequences for both you and the owner from whom you are renting. You should have signed an undertaking to do this when agreeing the letting terms and conditions.
The content of this website will be updated and reissued from time to time as new items are raised and considered necessary to be added. The current version is an accumulation of items that have come to light over the years that Augustus Court has been operational.
Thank you.
